Keep the Patient Portal just a tap away. Follow these steps to add a shortcut to your iPhone or Android home screen — no app store download needed.

iPhone or iPad · Safari
- Open Palmetto Pharmacy's patient portal in Safari.
- Tap the Share button (a square with an arrow pointing up). Depending on your Safari layout, you may need to open the menu first to find Share.
- Scroll through the Share menu and tap Add to Home Screen. If it is not listed, tap Edit Actions to find it.
- Check the shortcut name, then tap Add. The portal icon will appear on your home screen.
Android · Chrome
- Open Palmetto Pharmacy's patient portal in Chrome.
- Tap Chrome's three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.
- Tap Add to Home screen. Depending on your device, Chrome may show Install app instead.
- Follow the prompt to tap Add or Install. Use the new home screen icon to open the portal.
Menu wording can vary by device and browser version. Open the portal directly in Safari or Chrome, rather than inside another app's browser.
